- To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments

- If you opt in, to send you appointment reminder text messages to the mobile number you provide
SMS / mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the appointment reminder texts you asked for. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.
Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider (Twilio) acting on our behalf; we share only what is necessary to send the message you requested, never for the provider's own marketing.
Data retention & your choices
We keep your booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may opt out of SMS reminders at any time by replying STOP, and you may contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
